“ Great choice of Chinese-based food varieties. Food tastes good and is worth trying. However, you are likely to get scammed with the pricing if you are a foreigner. Bahasa Indonesia is the only green light to enjoy the affordable/cheap pricing. Kueh stalls at the end & nearer to Murni Martabak were honest. That Martabak stall was honest too. The rest hmmm...... For example, the Selat Popiah/Pie Tie probably costs from 10k IDR. But if you are a foreigner, it will become 56k IDR instantly. Attached images for reference. Don't mind paying double, but it gets multiplied even more. Services are good, food is good, no complaints. Hygienes can be subjective, depending on the individual perceptions. You are likely to get chased by some locals with sympathetic body language. They hang around with a group of friends, and out of nowhere they will walk towards you asking for money. It's their way to try luck if we give cash. It's not about the money we give, but if the luck works for one person, then a bunch of them will approach you. I see lots of food riders reallyyyy working hard, I would rather tip them extra instead of giving random strangers asking money with a sympathetic face. Just "enak banget" alone will not bring you far, they observe well and mark new people as soon as you speak other languages. ”
